Per-client NNLS fits for the priced glue opcodes. A target opcode's coefficient is netted against the runtime of these glue opcodes before its gas cost is derived. Headline stats are per (client, glue opcode); the joint and tier-level regression summaries are collected in the appendix at the bottom.
